Consultation
Once you approach us we will aim to do the first in-house consultation within 5 working days . If required followed up by another session
Review Plans
If house improvements require planning permissions then we wait for the initial draft design provide initial quote
Initial Quote
In case of planning notice Quotes are provided within 5 working days of final consultation visit
Building Contract
This is followed by a Building contract and we start working towards your dream house to home transformation
Highly Competitive Construction Estimate
We do provide a free consultation post site view followed by Initial Quote and final estimate along with a contract. Our prices are very competitive compared to other builders & high quality build. Call us to know further.
On-Site Consultations
We know how important it is for house owners to see the progress of work . We provide on-site consultations to incorporate your important feedback.
The Finishing
Touches
It is absolutely critical for us to have finishing touches before we move out . We take customer Sign off as our Quality Gate to exit the project (picture from actual project)
